Yes. Ski Beach Park has a sandy beach and swimming area with free access, open dawn to dusk year-round. There are no lifeguards, so swimming is at your own risk. Big Bear Municipal Water District rules require swimmers to stay within 50 feet of shore or 20 feet of a private dock.
