Dog Beach Etiquette
- Dogs must be on-leash at all Big Bear beaches (on-leash rules strictly enforced)
- Clean up after your dog - poop bags available at most beaches
- Early morning (before 9am) is best for dog swimming - fewer crowds
- Bring fresh water for your pup - lake water isn't recommended for drinking
- Watch for broken glass, fishing hooks, and sharp rocks near shoreline
