Tanglewood Group Camp

Tanglewood Group Camp is a single large-group site in Holcomb Valley, set in a juniper and pinyon pine forest at 7,542 feet elevation. With capacity for up to 40 people and 8 vehicles, it's ideal for organized groups, scout troops, or large families who want a high-elevation forest experience away from the lake crowds. There is no drinking water on site, so groups must pack in all water; reservations through Recreation.gov are required.
