Bear Mountain Parking Guide (2026–27)

Everything you need to park at Bear Mountain Resort β€” the paid upper lots, the season pass, when the lots fill, and how to park free and ride the shuttle.

βœ…

Checked for the 2026–27 season. Prices and rules change every winter β€” we last verified this page in 2026. Always confirm the live price and real-time lot status before you drive up.

The short answer

In winter, the upper lots closest to the Bear Mountain base lodge are paid, reservation-only parking β€” roughly $25–$40 per regular vehicle ($75 oversized/RV), bought online at least a day ahead. There is no day-of parking for the upper lots, and cars without a reservation are turned away once they fill (often by 7:30 AM on weekends and holidays). To park for free, follow the digital signs to a remote lot (Sandalwood and others) and ride the free shuttle (~20 min) to the base. Check real-time lot status in the Ikon Pass app. In summer, all Bear Mountain parking is free.
